About me

I work as an associate professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok (Poland). My academic contributions include several dozen publications, including books, in the fields of higher education and science law, as well as administrative law. As a principal investigator or researcher, I have been involved in national and international research grants funded by the Polish National Science Centre and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. I have been awarded the Minister’s Scholarship for outstanding scientific achievements multiple times.

I also engage in practical activities—providing advice to universities and research institutes, conducting training for their authorities and staff, preparing legal opinions, and verifying the correctness of internal documents and legal acts. Over 100 universities and research institutes from across Poland, as well as many individual researchers, have benefited from my services. I am also an external expert (of counsel) in several law firms.

Currently, I am a member of the Disciplinary Commission for Academic Teachers at the Polish Minister of Science and Higher Education. I have also participated in government and parliamentary work on regulations related to higher education and science. In the past, I was a member of the Polish General Council of Science and Higher Education and the advisory team to the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
